Accomodation

A newly built villa on the slopes of the Taurus mountains overlooking Kalkan Bay. The villa is approached from the road via a flight of steps up to the swimming pool terrace and patio area well equipped with sun-beds, parasols and outside dining furniture. There is a large shady rear garden with ancient olive tree and spectacularly planted terrace with stone barbecue. Fabulous views from swimming pool terrace, lounge/kitchen, master bedroom with wrap-around balcony and large roof terrace. Twin room with balcony overlooking garden, single bedroom on third floor.

The Villa consists of a large open plan sitting/dining room decorated with a blend of traditional Turkish and contemporary furniture. The owners live here nine months of the year so you you get excellent quality furniture and fittings. There is a traditional Anatolian fireplace, with windows and door opening onto the swimming pool terrace. The lounge includes wireless broadband and a guest laptop, as well as a flat screen TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped to the standards required for a primary residence. A curved marble staircase leads to the master bedroom with wrap-around balcony, a twin bedroom with balcony overlooking rear garden and the bathroom (there is also a downstairs bathroom).  The marble staircase leads on up to third floor where there is a single bedroom and door leading onto large roof terrace. .

China, glassware and everything you need to cater with is supplied. All main rooms and bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Accomodation

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 with double bed and wraparound balcony.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds and rear balcony looking over the garden.
Bedroom 3 with single bed gives on to large roof terrace.

Bathrooms:
Both bathrooms, Ground Floor and First Floor, are very well equipped and elegantly finished.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped as a primary residence and has a cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dish washer, food processor, juicer, kettle, toaster and a full range of good quality equipment. If you want to cater at home occasionally as an alternative to Kalkan's excellent restaurants you will find everything that you want.

Living Rooms:
The large living room is furnished in Turkish style with a mix contemporary and tradional wrought iron furniture. All rooms boast a variety of traditional Turkish carpets and kelims.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels (not beach towels) and good quality linen are included and changed weekly, along with a full clean.

Outside

The property has its own pool and sun terrace with magnificent views.

We provide high quality loungers, umbrellas and outdoor dining furniture for all guests,including a barbecue and a pool shower. The rear garden is superbly planted and terraced, shaded by an ancient olive tree and enclosed by bougainvillea-covered stone walls. It has an Anatolian stone chimney barbecue and furniture.
