Changeover day is Monday, as this is when the majority of flights leave from the UK. Please ensure your booking runs from a Monday to a Monday.

Prices do not include flights, travel insurance or transfers. Transfers can be arranged upon request and paid locally in Turkish Lire, Pounds Sterling or Euros.

Prices do include

• Linen (except beach towels),
• Maintenance call out,
• Welcome pack
• Weekly clean
• Utility costs

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance payable no later than 8 weeks prior to departure. We would prefer you to pay via electronic transfer and the necessary details are printed below. We can accept cheque payment if you prefer. Please note that refunds are only possible within the limits set out below:

Up to 8 weeks - no cancellation charge
4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded
2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded
Less than 2 weeks - no refund

Payment by direct bank transfer is preferred although cheques are fine.

Changeover times; check-in time is 4pm (to allow cleaners to do their work) and check out time is 10am.
